Having problems with one of our iPhone apps?
While we love our iPhones, the iPhone OS is still a bit buggy. For whatever reason, purchased apps can easily crash.
If one of our apps is crashing for you on your iPhone or iPod Touch, restart your device by holding down the top right-hand button until you see the Power slider. Turn your phone off. Then hold the top right button again to turn it back on. This restart generally fixes the problem.
